ATL Manager/ Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Digital and ATL Activities: Oversee and manage all digital and ATL activities to ensure they reach the target consumers effectively.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and resonate with the target market.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including projects, campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
  • Brand Management: Build brand awareness and enhance brand value and profitability through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing KPIs and ROI to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with various teams such as BTL, sales, planning, MT and others to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Advertisement and Promotion Oversight: Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and mail campaigns to ensure consistency with brand messaging.
  • Alignment with Brand Values: Ensure that all messaging and marketing activities are aligned with the company’s brand and values.
  • Contribute to development of subordinates’ skillsets and mindsets and their success.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or Manager role.
  • Experiences in Branding, ATL, Digital or Marketing field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
