Job Description
• Handle all cash receiving and payment transactions at Branch.
• Count money in safe at the beginning and end of working day to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Prepare daily sale cash collection and cash denomination report and ensure that all cash received amounts are matched with daily cash denomination reports
• Ensure of petty cash payment by approval
• Prepare of petty cash register book every day.
• Ensure of deposit to the bank after checking with Senior Accountant.
• Ensure daily report are prepared and reported in time.
• Assist to senior accountant in any necessary field work.
• Other assigned by Manager.
Requirements Skills and Experience
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Attention to Detail Any Graduate with LCCI (I)/(II)
• At least two years experiences in the related field
• Experience in handling cash
• Microsoft offices (Excel Advance Level)
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like a money-counting machine
• Good math skills
• Strong communication, problem solving skills and team work
Other
• Compute skill (especially Excel)
• Communication skills, problem-solving skills, Team work, Honesty, Integrity
• Available to work late (sometimes)
