Consumer Activation Manager
- Coordinate Brand Manager for developing and implementing brand plan & marketing strategies.
- Following market trends and presenting creative ideas.
- Analysis the events and report to Brand Manager & Country manager.
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
- Coordinate sales, product development and other teams.
- Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
- Analyze industry, competition and market trends.
- Other activities as required by Country Manager.
Requirements Skills and Experience:
- Any Graduate and Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or) relevant field.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing in FMCG Field.
- At least 3 years' experience as a manager in related filed
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Good Brand communication skill, High motivation skill, creatively.
- Good Mathematics and Analytical Skill, Good presentation skill.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have creative idea for marketing activities
