Job Description
- Manage Website and Facebook Page.
- Arrange Monthly Facebook Plan.
- Develop Facebook Copy for Post.
- Create Monthly Digital Idea proposals with the team.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments on the Facebook page.
- Make a monthly performance report for the Facebook page.
- Prepare monthly competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the ATL & BTL teams and liaise with internal Graphic Designers.
- Doing trade checks to understand the market situation and sales trend /Checking the competitors’ activities.
- Generate Ideas for Marketing campaigns and Media buying plans for Facebook.
- Join in other marketing activities
Requirements
- Any Graduated or Degree in Marketing/Diploma in Marketing
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Role
- Excellent communication skills (English and Myanmar)
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Marketing & Branding will be an advantage
- Content and creative writing skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
