Job Description

  • Manage Website and Facebook Page.
  • Arrange Monthly Facebook Plan.
  • Develop Facebook Copy for Post.
  • Create Monthly Digital Idea proposals with the team.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Monitor and respond to messages and comments on the Facebook page.
  • Make a monthly performance report for the Facebook page.
  • Prepare monthly competitor analysis.
  • Work closely with the ATL & BTL teams and liaise with internal Graphic Designers.
  • Doing trade checks to understand the market situation and sales trend /Checking the competitors’ activities.
  • Generate Ideas for Marketing campaigns and Media buying plans for Facebook.
  • Join in other marketing activities



  • Any Graduated or Degree in Marketing/Diploma in Marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Role
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Myanmar)
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Marketing & Branding will be an advantage
  • Content and creative writing skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
