Senior HR Executive / Recruitment Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collecting hiring requests from the company’s different departments to fill vacancies in a
timely manner - Writing job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacancies
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resumes, interview arrangement, selection, and placement
- Conducting prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates
- Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs
- Responsible for attendance, staff leave, and entitlement
- Running and coordinating payroll
- Any other tasks assigned based on business requirement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 3 years of general experience in the HR field (including at least 2 years of experience in recruitment)
- HR certificate/diploma is a must
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to work independently and under a stressful situation
