Senior HR Executive / Recruitment Specialist

Job Description


  • Collecting hiring requests from the company’s different departments to fill vacancies in a
    timely manner
  • Writing job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacancies
  • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resumes, interview arrangement, selection, and placement
  • Conducting prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates
  • Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs
  • Responsible for attendance, staff leave, and entitlement
  • Running and coordinating payroll
  • Any other tasks assigned based on business requirement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 3 years of general experience in the HR field (including at least 2 years of experience in recruitment)
  • HR certificate/diploma is a must
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to work independently and under a stressful situation
