ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Operation Manager / Alt Sales Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of
all operational activities for the Sales department at Pocari Sweat. This includes managing inventory, order
fulfillment, customer service, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of
success in operational management, as well as a deep understanding of the Myanmar market.

 Responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation progresses of Sales focus plans, daily
operational schedules, records, and reports (Daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly reports)
 Responsible to achieve to the daily results of sales or daily operation planning and report back to
Management timely.
 Ensure the plans of operation are going in the right directions align with management objectives
 Lead the Supervisors and sales team of General Trades in daily operation to ensure the sale team and
supervisors are following operation’s disciplinaries and policies.
 Prepare the summary daily, weekly, monthly reports and report to Management.
 Time to Time visit the market of General trades and correct the way of working of sales team &
Supervisors.
 Submit operational or sale promotional idea proposals to Management
 Responsible for each supervisor’s daily sales planning to achieve the monthly and weekly sales targets
and KPI.
 Set Up daily sales order delivery plans or roasters(schedules) of sales team and Supervisors.
 Keep tracking the inventory of sales tools and assets of sale operation.
 Complete the additional task that assign from Management
 Develop and implement operational strategies to support the sales department's goals and objectives.
 Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
 Oversee the order fulfillment process and ensure that orders are processed and shipped accurately
and on time.
 Manage customer service and ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly
and professionally.
 Track and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
 Develop and implement sales training programs for sales representatives.
 Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, logistics to ensure that all
aspects of the sales operation are aligned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
 5+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in the sales industry.
 Strong understanding of the Myanmar market and the sales landscape.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Operations managers must be very organized and detail-oriented .
 Strong communication and operational management skills are required, and the candidate must be
capable of corresponding with potential and existing outlets.
 The candidate should also possess skills in sales management, problem-solving, and adaptability.
 Leadership and logical thinking can make you more successful in this job.
 Effective communication in English is essential for interacting with management.
