Executive Assistant
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Japanese Management in translating and interpreting within internal and external.
As a Japanese translator, the responsibilities include:
- Preparing and collecting the reports: This involves gathering and organizing various
reports, likely written in Japanese, and preparing them for review. - Making MD travel arrangements: This entails coordinating and organizing travel
arrangements for the Managing Director, including bookings other related tasks. - Assisting colleagues and executives by providing support: This involves offering
language support, facilitating communication, and assisting with any Japanese-
Myanmar related tasks for colleagues and executives. - Acting in accordance with MD's instructions: This requires following and executing
instructions provided by the Managing Director in a precise and timely manner,
ensuring clear understanding and adherence to their directives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese or other related degree.
- N3 or above in the JLPT.
- 2+ years of experience of Japanese translator field.
- Accept travel regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Fluency in Japanese, Strong Communication Skills, Cultural understanding, Organizational
skills, Adaptability and discretion.
