Medical Product Specialist
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an important part of Otsuka Myanmar Co,.Ltd which brings genuine products for the
better healthcare and well-being of the people in Myanmar. - Specialized in product and disease knowledge, and promote through effective selling
skills and presentations. - Build strong positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and targeted HCPs,
convince them to prescribe the products with evidence-based product information by
appropriate use of promotional materials. - Achieve individual sales target in assigned territories and generate regular users, active
accounts and maintain existing prescribers. - Gain deeper understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate
new ideas which can grow market share - Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy
and that the key messages are effectively conveyed. - Pursue company’s objective and goals through team work and dedication.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any medical science (eg., M.B.B.S or B.Pharm, others) or related
field higher education
Skills & Knowledge
Specialized in product and disease knowledge and promoted through effective
selling skills and presentations.
Competency skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
